When I wanted to see a house, he made our schedules work. When we found my house, Jason was a big help with knowledge of first time buying. He also has great interaction with my financial group. One of the best things I found working with Jason was his caring attitude and his support after the house was mine. He checks in with his client base. I would definitely recommend him and will work with him again should I move or buy another home. He's terrific!

Initially, we were considering selling the house on our own, to save the sales commission… We reluctantly gave in and signed with Nerissa. I am sure glad we did! Nerissa provided a starting price that I thought was well above market value, however, we trusted her and the process. The price we received for our Home, was well above what I would have asked or sold it for. By choosing Nerissa, we made more profit, even paying the commission! Nerissa put a “teaser” out on social media for people to see that our house was coming on the market soon. The next day, Thursday our house was officially on the market with an open house scheduled for Sunday (3 days away), which was Father’s Day. I thought this was also a poor choice, however, Nerissa guaranteed a successful open house. We had 5 showings prior to the open house and 10 couples showed up on Father’s Day. Once again Nerissa was spot on! One of those couples from the open house were the purchasers of our house. Nerissa did a great job negotiating for us and extended the move out date that we needed. She went above and beyond our expectations! She did things for us during the closing that we didn’t even realize she would be involved with, i.e. finding several different contractors to look over issues that came up during the inspection. Would 100% recommend! Absolutely awesome!
