We had an amazing experience with Nerissa and Berkshire Hathaway. Initially, we were considering selling the house on our own, to save the sales commission… We reluctantly gave in and signed with Nerissa. I am sure glad we did! The price we received for our Home, was well above what I would have asked or sold it for. By choosing Nerissa, we made more profit, even paying the commission!
