We had an amazing experience with Nerissa and Berkshire Hathaway. Initially, we were considering selling the house on our own, to save the sales commission… We reluctantly gave in and signed with Nerissa. I am sure glad we did! Nerissa provided a starting price that I thought was well above market value, however, we trusted her and the process. The price we received for our Home, was well above what I would have asked or sold it for. By choosing Nerissa, we made more profit, even paying the commission! Nerissa put a “teaser” out on social media for people to see that our house was coming on the market soon. The next day, Thursday our house was officially on the market with an open house scheduled for Sunday (3 days away), which was Father’s Day. I thought this was also a poor choice, however, Nerissa guaranteed a successful open house. We had 5 showings prior to the open house and 10 couples showed up on Father’s Day.
